Capacity (Wh)
Higher capacity means longer runtime between charges. For cpap machine, we recommend at least 300Wh.
Running a CPAP while camping or during outages requires a power station with pure sine wave output, enough capacity for 8+ hours of use, and quiet operation. Most CPAPs draw 30-60W, so even a small station can run one all night — but you need to size for heated humidifiers (up to 100W) if you use one.

Determines what appliances you can run simultaneously. Check that the continuous wattage exceeds your largest load, and verify the surge rating handles motor startups.
Portability matters for cpap machine. Under 30 lbs is one-person portable; over 60 lbs typically needs two people or wheels.
LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) is the gold standard for portable power. It is safer, lasts 5-10x longer, and handles deeper discharges than Li-NMC. Pay slightly more for LiFePO4 to avoid frequent replacements.
